Mr. Harbin served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force as a member of the USAF General's Corp., Strategic Air Command, Riverside, California and U.S. Forces, Far East, Japan and Korea, attaining the rank of Captain. After service, he returned to Greenville, South Carolina where he has engaged in the private practice of law.
